My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for this 150 bedroom hotel.  Ideally you will be working in a similar branded and commercial operation, you will have strong people management skills and have a good financial understanding.  This company look for people with passion, energy and enthusiasm.

Person Specification

• Experienced Operations or Deputy General Manager
• Branded hotel experience
• Excellent people skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to lead and motivate the team
• Financial understanding.

Remuneration

£30K - £34K
