Seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and manage this progressive business, taking accountability and showing true commitment to the exisitng sites whilst balancing this with growth, development and future progression.   You must ben an identifiable leader  who is a natural inspirer, able to create clear vision and a dedicated team to deliver this.

As Operations Director, you will contribute to the strategic development of the business, formulate plans and objectives and ensure this is filtered through your team and delivers successful operating results.  You must be forward thinking and able to apply your existing skill set to enable a small business to achieve growth, through optimise sales, profitability and secure the returns on investment.

Initially, a key part of your role will be to identify and build systems to drive growth, ensure the existing business model is secure, tried and tested to ensure flawless roll-out of this fantastic brand!  Now that is exciting….

The ideal candidate:

Ideally have a background in fast food/retail and casual dining
Have operated a minimum of 30 units
Have been accountable for growing a brand
Have a proven track record of driving results.
Be a natural inspirer and able to energise and motivate a team
