Job Specification
- Qualify prospects for the sales force
- Take key account enquiries & reservations making sure to balance client & hotel needs
- Ensure 24 hour response time for enquiries
- Maintain efficient trace system
- Work with hotel & GSO reps to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain current daily and monthly assigned reporting methods and reports
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Host FAM trips in conjunction with Account Directors
- Perform set prospect call targets
- Develop product knowledge by visiting hotels and destinations
- Represent Groups at trade shows
Person Specification
- Outstanding rapport building skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Interest in travel and 5* hotels
- Self starter who can prioritise and time manage effectively
- Languages preferred
- Career driven
- Knowledge of Opera preferred
