Seeking an experienced General Manager with huge commercial focus! You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent service standards and maximising revenue opportunities. You will have strong personal drive and passion to deliver results!  A unique role, this is a high volume business,  maintaining high occupancy levels but in need of someone to raise the bar!  A results driven General Manager is sourced who will maximise opportunities to deliver sustained sales and profit growth. You will have experience of managing a very large team as either a GM in a large hotel or in a multi-site role. Capable of managing high volumes, and delivering great standards, you and your passionate team will ensure your guests want to return time after time. If you believe in service, have a strategic vision and can create a team to deliver success then I'd love to hear from you.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record within the hotel industry. You must be an identifiable leader and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the ability to do this in a diverse environment.

£65,000 + package
