Area Sales Manager - 4* Serviced Apartments - Manchester / Liverpool - £40,000 + commission

Client Profile

One of the UK's major serviced apartment groups is looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join the pre-opening team for it's new openings in Manchester and Liverpool. These ultra modern 4* self catering apartments are fully furnished with flat screen LCD TVs and sofas and fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, dining areas and spacious bedrooms.

Job Specification

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to maximise profit potential
• Develop existing client relationships and retain / renew existing client contracts 
• Proactively generate new business for the venue 
• Conduct client visits and site visits at the property as necessary
• Direct involvement in sales & marketing campaigns and initiatives for the venue including attending trade shows and corporate events
• Achieve revenue targets in line with sales budget

Person Specification

• Candidates with proven experience in sales is essential and experience in the serviced apartment and / or hotel sector is highly desirable
• Candidates should be able to manage and grow existing accounts, source new business, develop the client portfolio, promote the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Candidates should be self motivated, driven and demonstrate good communication and people skills.

Remuneration

Up to £40,000 per annum + commission
