Job Specification

Assistant General Manager of a fabulous, newly renovated 4 star, boutique style hotel. 51 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, busy gastro pub, health club and a luxury spa. Proven ability to manage a high volume F&B operation with the greatest of ease and help to install solid systems both quickly and effectively. The right arm to the General Manager at all times and both team palyer and indivudual achiever.

Person Specification

We are looking to recruit not just any Assistant General Manager for this role. The right person will truly understand the importance of good service. You will come from a 4* Backgound at least.  They will be adaptable to all situations and a role model to all. They will enjoy managing a varied team and train, motivate and inspire them at all times. They will be experienced in instilling robust operations and have a solid understanding of all financial aspects of the operation. This position is perfect for someone who has a strong background in any F&B or quality hotel operation and is looking to be apart of an opportunity ot make their mark in the industry.

You are an energetic, ambitious Manager with a passion for fantastic service. You enjoy a challenge and being at the fore-front of a successful venture. You will have at least 2-3 experience at Management level in a large operation. You are organised, motivated and better than well presented.
