Job Specification

Assistant F&B Manager of a fabulous, newly renovated 4 star, boutique style hotel. 51 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, busy gastro pub, health club and a luxury spa. Proven ability to both manage and develop the wet side of the business and confidently manage the floor. Creativity needed to introduce a fantastic cocktail, wine and champagne menu into the entire business.  Stock and Cellar management and controlling of GP’s. Ability to liase with suppliers.

Person Specification

We are looking to recruit not just any Assistant F&B Manager for this role. The right person will truly understand the importance of good service.  They will be adaptable to all situations and a role model to all. They will enjoy managing a varied team and train, motivate and inspire them at all times. They will be experienced in creating new cocktail, wine and Champagne menus and training all staff on every aspect of cocktail service. This position is perfect for someone who has a strong background in a  high volume quality cocktail bar with food served alongside. .

You are an energetic, ambitious Manager with a passion for fantastic service. You enjoy a challenge and being at the fore-front of a successful venture. You will have experience at Management level in a large operation. You are organised, motivated and better than well presented.
