Job Specification

To manage the day-to-day decision-making, interaction and communication between the airport and Yield Management team.

• Assuming responsibility for local pricing, promotional and inventory control decisions 
• Working with the Channel Marketing Manager to ensure the effective distribution of parking products into the marketplace and ensuring effective use of local/national media and communication channels
• Working with the Yield Management Analyst to ensure full diagnostic and commercial analysis of revenue and transaction performance together with the setting of financial targets by airport
• Supporting the delivery and implementation of the system in order to deliver yield management objectives

Person Specification

• Able to demonstrate capability either through professional qualifications or evidence of continued personal development
• Specific knowledge of the operation of Revenue Management projects in a similar business environment
• Experience of implementing change and working in a continuous improvement environment
• Computer literate, a good knowledge of recognised IT systems ability to learn new systems and processes
• Knowledge and belief in the project process
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels with in and outside
• Experience of working with customers and the team to understand their needs and define criteria for success

£45-50k, Car + Package
