Job Specification
My client is seeking a very special individual. Not only is this a head of department position it will be focusing on learning and development. The company are re positioning the brand and want to make some changes with training and development of the staff. The right person will ideally have an HR generalist background but be passionate about training and be confident in delivering training and set up development plans. The right person will also be a really leader, motivator and have bags of energy. This is a very exciting job for the right person.
Person Specification
- Hotel experience is essential
- 5 star experience is also essential
- Experienced HR Manager
- Strong training skills
- A leader and a motivator
- Proven track record of developing people
- 2nd language ( French is preferred)
Remuneration
£30K - £40K
