Job Specification

Managing and delivering ‘Top End’ Events to a high client specification in volumes up to 500+ across a portfolio of suites and halls. Also providing innovative leadership to established norms, and a pro-active approach to solution finding.

To contribute to this enviable programme of success, a dynamic second in command is sought. The successful candidate will be an innovative professional with extensive high volume Hospitality experience, Inspirational leadership and finely tuned people skills.

Person Specification

Working in an environment of dedication and support, this role would suit an operator wanting a greater quality of life, whilst contributing fully to the cut and thrust of an established and ever growing business. Essential attributes require a detailed planner who is a natural on the floor, and a true feel for being in the right place at the right time. 
            
This hands on person must be smart, articulate and already have enviable experience as an ODC, Events, or C&B operator. Apart from unquestionable technical skill as a deliverer of top quality sizeable Events, this unique individual could have cut their teeth on the London circuit, and may be seeking a special opportunity to locate in the Midlands.  

Remuneration

C£40k salary with excellent benefits of employment including Health Care, Pension.
