A privately owned boutique hotel with 20 rooms located in a seaside town.  The hotel also has a lovely seafood restaurant and bar.

Job Specification

My client is seeking an experienced manager with hotel and / or Restaurant background to run this new re opened hotel on the seafront
Each room has been individually designed to a very high standard. The right person will be very passionate about the industry, have good eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and a good man manager. You will also be expected to have a clear understanding of P & L accounts This is an exciting time to join the business and the owners will be happy to use your ideas to ensure the hotel is successful

Person Specification

• Ideally hotel background and  / or Restaurant Management experience
• Strong man manager skills
• Attention to detail
• Good food knowledge
• Passionate, energetic and ambitious

£25K Live in
