The site is a blue chip location with a dynamic culture. The client places a high premium on fresh food sourced locally. The food is best described is 3AA Rosette standard. Our Executive Chef candidates will possibly be working for one of the larger players and be looking for an opportunity to make a real company contribution. It is essential you are able to demonstrate;

-Up to date knowledge of food styles and trends

-The ability to lead a team of 23

-To have worked in a Corporate Dining environment and large food court

-Looking to use purchasing flexibility to create a great menu

-Experience of successfully managing a catering budget

-Get a buzz out of delivering a fantastic customer service

Job Specification:

Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chef based on site the Head Chef will be managing and developing a large team, the companies emphasis is on cooking with only fresh ingredients and theatre style service, coupled with valuable experience in people and financial management and excellent working knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures.

Person Specification:

A passionate Head chef with excellent culinary skills looking to join a professional organisation.You must have proven knowledge and able to provide first class references, with the confidence and character to manage the business and be part of a new contract team to drive the business forward. The role is predominately Monday to Friday.

Remuneration:

up to £40k
