General Manager - Busy Central London Late Night Bar and Club - £50k

Job Specification
Experienced GM needed to manage this high energy business.
It is an independently operated large volume central London bar and club with a great food offer.
You must currently be the General Manager of a London nightclub or bar with turnover of at least £50k weekly and be able to demonstrate how you have driven sales and the profile of the business.
You will be a hands-on Manager who enjoys working in the late night arena and is the face of the business.
You will thrive on the success of your teams and will be strong in motivating and driving their strengths, making the work atmosphere lively and fun.
This business has huge potential to grow, and you will be well rewarded for your achievements as well as being given the autonomy to take control and drive it as though it were your own.

Remuneration
£50,000 and generous bonus package
