Job Specification
General Manager needed for this gorgeous destination gastropub in Surrey.
It is a beautifully laid out building with separate restaurant, bars, function rooms and gardens offering simple and stylish menus of locally sourced seasonal food from brunch till dinner

Person Specification
You will need to be currently managing a restaurant or gastropub where the quality of the food offered and the service are at a very high level.
My client will want to mystery shop you in action at some stage in the proceedings so you should take great pride in your work and be confident that it speaks for itself even when you aren't on site.
You will be able to recruit and train a team of staff with great energy and enthusiasm, who will make your customers feel welcome time after time.
You should be excited about gaining recognition locally and rewards through the company for your achievements.

Remuneration
£30,000 basic salary plus all the trimmings
