A quality leading regional food service provider within Golf industry with a 'Fresh Food Policy’ which has a refreshing move away from convenience and fast foods - which has proved hugely successful for them earning them a reputation for innovation, requires a quality Head Chef at this Flagship site. Our clients aim is to meet develop this existing high profile operation.

Job Specification:

Managing and developing a small kitchen team of five in this prestigious venue providing quality fine dining hospitality and quality bar food, the client emphasis being on cooking with only fresh ingredients, good experience in customer liaison, financial management and working knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Person Specification:

• A passionate chef with excellent culinary skills looking to join professional organisation 
• You must have at proven knowledge and able to provide first class references, coupled with the confidence and character to manage and develop the business and yourself personally

Remuneration:

£25k
