Our client has a diverse range of pubs from style bars and venues through to destination, classic and value pubs. This range allows them to cater for the needs of all our different types of customers; consequently they look for a variety of different people to run these outlets.


Job Specification
This position is an 18th Century Inn with an outstanding reputation situated in the small north-west Welsh town.  This business offers award winning food and accommodation consisting of 19 rooms including 4 deluxe suites with stunning sea views, which retain the style and character of the historic inn.  You will be responsible for the operational running of the hotel, restaurant and bar, leading from the front with a hands-on approach.  Also you will be amazing at managing, leading and training a team to deliver a fantastic customer experience.


Person Specification
The successful manager will display strong interpersonal skills, motivating and maintaining a sense of team focus.
You will have catering experience, this essential, as is experience of menu development.
You will have a proven track record in accommodation and providing a first rate dining experience with drive for results.
You must have a valid NCPLH

Remuneration
35k
