Our client has a diverse range of pubs from style bars and venues through to destination, classic and value pubs. This range allows them to cater for the needs of all our different types of customers; consequently they look for a variety of different people to run these outlets.

Job Specification
This lovely business is a picturesque pub situated in Wales. Located near a selection of fine beaches, this pub is the perfect place for a short break.  This is currently undergoing a refurbishment due to be completed by the end of April boasting 8 first class rooms.

Person Specification
The successful manager will display strong interpersonal skills, motivating and maintaining a sense of team focus.
You will have catering experience, this essential, as is experience of menu development.
You will have a proven track record in accommodation and providing a first rate dining experience with drive for results.
You must have a valid NCPLH

Remuneration
£28k - £35K
