Our client has a diverse range of pubs from style bars and venues through to destination, classic and value pubs. This range allows them to cater for the needs of all our different types of customers; consequently they look for a variety of different people to run these outlets.

Job Specification
With a quality restaurant and bar food offer, beer garden, childrens play area and 11 letting rooms, this pub in a lovely Welsh coast town is a lovely business.  A lively manager with bags of enthusiasm and a great personal touch is what is desired here.

Person Specification
The successful manager will display strong interpersonal skills, motivating and maintaining a sense of team focus.
You will have catering experience, this essential, as is experience of menu development.
You will have a proven track record in accommodation and providing a first rate dining experience with drive for results.
You must have a valid NCPLH

Remuneration

25k-30k
