Client Profile:

Our client is a rapidly expanding hotel brand going through a fresh rebranding process.This is an excellent opportunity to join a brand new opening within the company.

Job Specification:

The right candidate will quite simply live and breath operations.This is a hands on role and will require you to be switched on in every aspect of the business with a strong background in food & beverage an absolute must.It would also be beneficial if you have some experience of managing a leisure business within your previous remits.

Person Specification:

A strong personality is a must for this role as interaction with guests and the team is a day to day occurrence.Experience of managing multi outlet operations is also a bonus.You must also possess a naturally enthusiastic attitude and be determined to develop your career as there will be General Manager opportunities in the future for people who show positive and focussed attitudes.This really is a role that will get out exactly what you put in.
