E-Commerce Manager - International 4* deluxe hotel brand - London - £30,000
Client Profile
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with this world-renowned hotel group for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team, at their UK head office in west London. The role manages the online distribution strategy for the group's two largest brands in the UK, and is responsible for web development, web partnership management and online optimisation for the hotels in the UK as well as adapting and implementing e-commerce initiatives issued from the main international marketing office overseas.
Job Specification
- Establish close working relationships with key web partnerships
- Understand and drive market share to need hotels and regions, liaising with the Revenue Management team
- reate and implement an annual calendar of activities
- Implement promotional web activities
- Explore and implement relevant connectivity opportunities
- Optimise group connectivity and visibility on major semi-direct and indirect websites
- Act as key contact for selected UK based online partners for the group to UK and Outbound countries
- Identify and develop new and relevant web accounts to grow revenue
- Develop opportunities with Pay Per Click and Search Engine Optimisation
- Monthly reporting on revenue generated on all above activities
- Monthly analysis, feedback and recommendations
- Global online channel analysis and feedback
Person Specification
Candidates should have proven experience in E-Commerce, ideally from the hotel / travel / hospitality sectors. Past experience in web connectivity, account management and PPC/SEO campaigns is desirable. Strong reporting and analysis skills are essential. An organised, creative and hands-on approach is required. Languages: Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
Remuneration
£30,000 + 20% bonus
