Client Profile:
Our client is a UK based hotel company who have excellent market positioning and investment plans for the properties in their collection aligned to a well-defined acquisition and development strategy for the group.
Job Specification:
This role is involved with the operational aspects of a 4* hotel, daily planning and organisation of the hotel with specific responsibility to oversee the food and beverage & rooms element of the business to achieve profit targets responsible for the standards of operation which the guests receive whilst staying at the hotel. Property turnover is in excess of £5M so my client is ideally looking for some-one that has managed either this size of business plus and ideally in a property with excess of 150 rooms.
Person Specification:
You will be an experienced number two with excellent team building skills and an aptitude for delivering challenging M&E events. Possessing a grounded approach you will be ambitious and looking to join a growth organisation with a quality focus.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Financially astute with excellent people skills are key.
Remuneration:
£35-38,000 plus benefits
