Area Manager Main Responsibilities:

Responsibility for 12 units
Developing store managers to deliver outstanding performance
Continuously improving customer experience in all stores
Supporting the creation and implementation of operational projects
Able to develop the performance of your teams

Person Specification

Seeking an experienced Area Manager with a proven track record of running a successful multi site operation.  Financially accountable and able to deliver results.  Able to plan succession and ensure training.  Guide and develop your team against financial, mystery guest and audit results.  You will have excellent service standards and your values will reflect this.
 

Person Skills:

You must be a leader and able to motivate and communicate with your teams.  You will create a fun, but professional working environment, for your teams to ultimately engage your customers.

Organised, numerate with strong commercial acumen but with a passion for people and service standards

Renumeration 

£35-40K plus benefits
