Our client is a UK based hotel company who have excellent market positioning and investment plans for the properties in their collection aligned to a well defined acquisition and development strategy for the group.
Job Specification:
Overall scope and purpose of the role:
To provide leadership, direction, coaching and support to food and beverage within this progressive hotel group across the estate to provide exciting food and beverage concepts bespoke to each individual property and local market, which maximise F&B revenue and profit potential, whilst reflecting the overall brand image and recognising the individuality of the hotels.
People Management:
It is essential to possess strong influencing skills, needing to demonstrate the ability to get team support and buy in from a wide range of levels including GM’s without always being in the property.
An ability to interact with & build strong relationships with central team essential to success in this role
Support with training, motivating & mentoring of Food and Beverage teams in each hotel where necessary
Standards· Demonstrate ability to deliver 4* food and beverage standards and high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales · Ability to analyse forecasts, P&L’s and budgets to drive appropriate activity·
Proactive approach to increasing all F&B revenue opportunities
Financial Skills· Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and financial forecasts·
Able to target support and resources efficiently as required

Remuneration:
£50-65,000 dependent on experience plus benefits
