Now looking for a strong General Manager, with a passion for food and wine to lead the team.

Job Specification

As General Manager you will be the face of the restaurant and lead from the front. Your role will see you using your strong people skills to oversee the entire restaurant operation.  As General Manager you will ensure that food and service standards are constantly of the highest standard. You will hold regular meetings with your team to make sure that they are all focussed to deliver the very best and you will motive and inspire by leading by example. You will also be a  General Manager with a focus on taking the business forward and driving sales.

Person Specification

You need to:

Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing high volume branded restaurants at General Manager level
Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
Strong presence and hands on management style
Be passionate about looking after your guests
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge in financial control - P&L's, Labour, GP's
Ability to delegate, prioritise and handle pressure
Be able to motivate your team
Be motivated to progress

Remuneration

Up to £32,000 basic + bonus
