Job Specification

As General Manager you will be the face of the restaurant and lead from the front. Your role as General Manager will see you using your strong people skills to oversee the entire restaurant operation.  The General Manager will ensure that food and service standards are constantly of the highest standard. You will hold regular meetings with your team to make sure that they are all focussed to deliver the very best and you will motive and inspire by leading by example.  As General Manager you will be focussed on taking the business forward and driving sales.

You need to:

Demonstrate a stable and progressive career with a quality Restaurant operation
Be a real ‘foodie’
Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
Strong presence and hands on management style
Be passionate about looking after your guests
Attention to detail
Strong knowledge in financial control - P&L's, Labour, GP's
Ability to delegate, prioritise and handle pressure
Be able to motivate your team
Be motivated to progress

Remuneration

£28,000 – £32,000 + excellent bonus
