Job Specification
 
Now looking for General Pub Manager or Management couple who have a strong track record at General Manager level and who have a real ability to think on their feet to lead the team at this site set in a rural location in Waltham Abbey. With a mix of passing trade and regular customers this site requires someone ‘hands on’ with a real customer focus and the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

You will be a General Pub Manager/Couple who is fully P&L accountable, passionate about service, and flexible enough to effectively deal with the changing needs of your customers and ever changing external influences. With a strong emphasis on food our restaurants are what make our pubs!

Person Specification

You will have experience in a similar restaurant environment, family dining, branded high street or somewhere you have experienced high volumes.  The key to the success of this operation is the ability to manage a diverse range of clients and staff alike.  A great business model where you can succeed by controlling your margins, thorough training and a structured approach to planning.
