Job Specification

To achieve Concierge Services targets via the delivery of cost effective operation within the property. Focus is on the operational delivery of services and product and management of Concierge Services team and service output to the Guest.

Person Specification

My client is seeking someone with a strong customer service / guest relations background. You will have managed large team of people, worked in a high volume environment, your background will be in a hospitality environment, hotels, cruise ships, airlines etc. 

Remuneration

£35k - £40K
