Upmarket and high profile operation located in central London, renowned for the quality of service and unique environment is looking for a professional Assistant operations Manager for their events and banqueting department. The venue benefits from a fantastic reputation in London and attracts a very high profile clientele.

Job Specification:

As Assistant Operation Manager you will be involved in the setting of department targets and objectives, and assist in the efficient and effective running of the operation for all events in the department. You will ensure service standards throughout the operation are maintained in line with property and company requirements. You will ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded thereby increasing the venue's reputation within the market place.

Person Specification:

My client is looking for a professional that can motivate and be proactive within a team, have the ability to lead by example and be involved in the training of his team. You will ideally coming from a 4* or 5* background and be used to exceed clientele expectation as often as possible. A conference and banqueting background combined with a natural flair for hospitality is essential.

Remuneration: 24,000
