This property has 60 rooms and a strong food & beverage product that does a great deal of banqueting in the local market place dealing with a very discerning clientele. This property has recently undergone refurbishment and is a contemporary hotel with a loyal following. Commercially astute you possess strong sales and marketing skills and are able to demonstrate effective people development abilities.

Person Specification:

You will be a proven high achiever with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy being very visible in a very prosperous neighbourhood.

Remuneration:

£60,000 dependent on experience plus bonus
