Person Specification
You will be an experienced General Manager of a similar style business where my client can mystery shop you and see that you create a real buzz in your bar.
You will be able to prove how you have recruited and trained up a team of lively and sparkly staff who know what they are selling and what is great about it.
The atmosphere you drive will be standards focussed with true integrity and you will be able to demonstrate how you have made this happen, using your own initiatives not just a corporate blueprint.

Remuneration
£40,000 basic plus benefits package
