Job Specification
Fabulous GM opportunity to take over this lovely Gastropub and really stamp your personality and management style on it.
You will be responsible for bespoke menus and offers so should have some experience in this arena.
You will be fully responsible for the performance of your business and your team so will need keen business management skills and be confident with this level of accountability.

Person Specification
You should currently be the proud GM of a brasserie, gastropub or restaurant offering fresh food and service to match your personal high standards. Ideally you will be working in South West London and understand the needs and whims of this very discerning clientele.

Remuneration
£30,000 plus bonus scheme
