Our client is a rapidly expanding hotel brand going through a fresh rebranding process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a brand new opening within the company.
Job Specification:
The right candidate will quite simply live and breath operations. This is a hands on role and will require you to be switched on in every aspect of the business with a strong background in food & beverage an absolute must. It would also be beneficial if you have some experience of managing a leisure business within your previous remits.
Person Specification:
A strong personality is a must for this role as interaction with guests and the team is a day to day occurrence. Experience of managing multi outlet operations is also a bonus. You must also possess a naturally enthusiastic attitude and be determined to develop your career as there will be General Manager opportunities in the future for people who show positive and focussed attitudes. This really is a role that will get out exactly what you put in. New opening experience would be extremely advantageous
