Job Specification

This business in a student pub running a 2am licence in Manchester.  Turning over upto £35k depending on season this business has a very strong food offer. This pub is due for investment which will make it more like a Revolution style bar.

Person Specification
You must have the ability to attract the students in the pub whilst making it the only place for them to be.
Interesting ideas for driving sales through both the quieter time as well as making the most out of the freshers events
You will also have a great track record - Only very experienced manager need apply, for this interesting and fun role.

Remuneration
£30,000 - £40,000
