Fantastic boutique style of hotel located in between equal distance of Liverpool and Manchester is looking for a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Manager to take charge of the all F&B departments in the hotel. The property benefits from 2 high quality restaurants offering guests a great culinary choice in 5* environment.

Job Specification:

As Food & Beverage Manager you will take control and you will ensure achievement of budgeted profitability of all F&B operational departments under your control. You will build positive relationships with guests and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. You will communicate effectively through regular briefing and meetings and ensure that your staffs are delivering the finest of service.

Person Specification:

You will possess strong leadership and natural commanding abilities combined with solid organisational and communication skills you will ideally have 2 to 3 years of management experience in a 5* environment or very high quality restaurant environment. You will possess excellent business acumen and cost controlling. Having a passion for food products, dishes and a good understanding of wines and other beverage products is essential.

Remuneration: 45K
