Job Specification

Restaurant Manager of a one of a kind Fine Dining Restaurant in Liverpool City Centre. As the Restaurant Manager you will be the face of the Restaurant at all times and lead your team in delivering the highest standard of service at all times. Training is of the utmost importance and the ability to pre empt every one of your guests needs at all times. You will be striving to achieve the Restaurants first Michelin Star.

You will be accountable for all aspects of running the restaurant and your team and report directly to The Chef Director.

Person Specification


At Least 2 years experience at management level within a 1* Michelin Establishment
Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
Strong presence and hands on management style
Be passionate about your guests
Attention to detail
Knowledge in financial control
Be able to motivate your team
Be motivated to progress
