Client Profile:

Located in the dynamic and currently developing area of the Docklands this property benefits from 200 + bedrooms and offer an attractive environment for both corporate and leisure guests. The hotel benefits from great food & beverage facilities including a 160 covers restaurant, a trendy bar, room service and meeting and events.

Job Specification:

You will work within the departmental budget objectives while maximising revenue, you will be able to develop food & drink promotions and encourage business by building a reputation in the local business and leisure markets. You will oversee different given projects reporting directly to the General Manager. You will also have the ability to make sound decisions regarding planning, scheduling, purchasing, pricing and sales forecasting.

Person Specification:

You will be a good communicator and effectively work with other departments when necessary. Having worked in quality operations in the past you will have a passion for hospitality, possess a sound knowledge in food and beverage and always try to improve the quality of service in your department. Customer focused and standards driven you will know how to exceed guests expectations and have the ability to cascade those skills to your team. Having worked or currently working in a quality operation in London is essential.

Remuneration: £35K
