OPERATIONS MANAGER - UP TO £45,000 -PLUS BONUS PACKAGE - CENTRAL LONDON   An excellent opportunity for an experienced Operator to join this exciting restaurant group. 

Operations Manager  -  Main Responsibilities:

Delivering and exceeding area sales and profit targets
Developing Managers to deliver outstanding performances
Continuously improving the customer experience in all sites
Supporting the creation and implementation of operational projects

You will be an experienced Operator with a proven track record of running a successful multi site operation, financially accountable and able to deliver results.  Able to plan succession and ensure training.  Guide and develop your team against financial and audit results.  You will have excellent service standards and your values will reflect this.  You will be leading a team of restaurants and helping to plan new openings.
 
As an Operations Manager you must be a strong leader and able to motivate and communicate with your teams.  You will create a fun, but professional working environment, for your teams to ultimately engage your customers.

Organised, numerate with strong commercial acumen but with a passion for people and service standards
