Job Specification
As Assistant General Manager you will be in charge of the running the restaurant on a daily basis. Training and continual development of your team are key. Attention to detail is paramount, and only the highest of service standards will do. Motivating the team and keeping the guest at the for-front in all you do. You will report directly to your GM and aid them in all financial apects of the business. In their absence you will be acting GM on their behalf.

You are a passionate and outgoing person with a huge personality!
At least 2 years working in a high volume quality restaurant as Assistant General Manager
Have a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing and confident nature
Strong presence and hands on management style
Be passionate about looking after your guests
Attention to detail
Ability to delegate, prioritise and handle pressure
Be able to motivate your team
Be motivated to progress yourself
Strong working awareness of P&L accounts, GP's and all Health & Safety
