£23,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client is famous for their superb, fresh seafood and shellfish and have a huge exansion plan in place. They are looking to recruit the right people to fill both existing and up and coming opportunities. As part of the management team of one of these fabulous restaurants, you can expect to receive full autonomy to maximise on opportunities and will deal with a number of challenges along the way.
Central to this role will be your ability to build and maintain a strong team who will deliver outstanding food, wine and service, in a friendly and relaxed environment. You will be commercially focussed, and possess a background in restaurant operations, preferably within a themed or branded operation. A strong leader, you will need to be flexible in your approach and have an interest in sustainable fishing and an eye for the very best produce available.
