Job Specification

As Restaurant Manager you will take full control of all front of house aspects of this very high volume, quality family restaurant. You will manage a large, service focused team and inspire them to deliver impeccable standards and superb results. You will drive sales through consistency and service, delivering an excellent all round customer experience.

Person Specification

You'll be highly passionate about customer service and will demonstrate a track record of exceeding your customer’s expectations in your current role. The role will require a dedicated and personable individual who doesn’t mind being hands on but also understands when to stand back and allow your team ownership.
You will be a natural leader with the ability to cultivate team members and build productive relationships.
You may currently be a General Manager or Restaurant Manager although this is not essential. My client is flexible and will consider candidates ready to take on a first GM appointment.
