Client Profile
My client is one of the world’s fastest growing furnished apartment providers and is looking for a self starting sales person to develop both corporate and leisure accounts in its new 4* property on the Island of Jersey. As the sole on-site sales person, the right candidate will have highly developed negotiating, influencing and organisational skills and a desire for career progression.
Job Specification
- To acquire and maintain new high rated corporate and leisure accounts business
- To develop key strategic relationships in multiple sectors
- To manage international accounts with the assistance of National Accounts (London)
- To create a high revenue yield through occupancy / rate
- To develop, implement and report strategic sales plans for key accounts
- To train and develop the front office/reservations to ensure capture of all sales leads and requirements
Person Specification
- Proven success in business development and account management
- Self motivated and monitored
- Able to communicate (verbally/written) effectively at Director level
- Excellent personal presentation
- A deal closer
Remuneration
Up to £25K + Bonus
