Job Specification

This is a superb job for a very experienced manager.  With 240 covers inside and out, this is a food led pub which takes a lot of money in the summertime!  It is in a lovely part of Northamptonshire and is the perfect opportunity for someone to really show how good they are at managing high volumes and customer expectations.

Person Specification

You will need to have great experience in managing large volumes of both food and drink.  You will have very high standards in customer service and a fresh approach to managing staff productivity.  You will be a very energetic and visible front of house manager. 

Remuneration

£60,000 for Management couple, negotiable for single manager.  3 bedroom, flat.
