Person Specification

An entrepreneurial approach to drive weekend sales, and a thirst for delivering a strong food offer is what the desired manager will have.  You must be forward thinking and have a strong understanding of sales, GP's and all profit margins 

Remuneration

£25,000 + 2% of profit + 25% of profit made over budget.
