My client has a broad portfolio of businesses nationwide.  You are given a lot of autonomy to stamp your personality on the individual business that you manage. 

Job Specification

A lovely community led business on the North shore of Blackpool.  This pub has a very well established place in the local community, and does very well throughout the summer months.  It has live entertainment, and a strong food offer.

Person Specification

You need to be able to make this place the hub of the local community.  A big focus on driving the food offer is required, and you must have a strong eye for detail, and great margin management experience.

Remuneration

£27,000 Single Manage £35,000 Couple + un-capped bonus +  3 bedroom flat
