This is the perfect job.  A lovely pub re-opening in August 2008 after a lovely conversion, in a lovely village in West Sussex.  Boasting 12 boutique letting rooms and a 52 seater restaurant, this is the 3rd opening in this flagship concept which makes this place a very high profile business. 
A big passion for fresh food and quality service, and great experience of managing such a high profile site, is what is needed by the perfect manager of this lovely pub.

Person Specification
You need to be the best.  You need to have a great eye for detail and the drive and ambition to take this new opening and turning it into the focal point of the whole community and be able to bring people to it from miles around.  You must have a lot of experience in running high quality businesses.  It’s your experience that counts with this place not your aspirations.  Such a great opportunity.

Remuneration
£55,000 + bonus with a lovely live in apartment.
