Job Specification

We need a service focussed food & beverage manager to take over the existing food & beverage offer and then role out a brand new opening destination restaurant.  Must have experience of standards driven food operations and be able to manage a team to excellence.  You must simply live and breath operations and this is an excellent step to General Management.  The Hotel has the influence of a Celebrity Chef so experience of managing the relationship between kitchen and front of house is paramount.

Person Specification

• You must possess a true passion for food and drink
• It is essential that you also come from a hotel background and have an understanding of hotel operations
