Client Profile:

A company that believe their people are what make their business! Currently 9 sites in London with further openings planned for 2008 and beyond. They now require a first class Recruitment Manager to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time!

Job Specification:

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing all recruitment activity across the Group, either hands-on or by remote co-ordination as necessary. Responsibilities will include development and ownership of the group’s recruitment plan, delivery of the recruitment strategy for the business and liaison with Line Managers and colleagues to achieve its deliverables.
Your role will be to shape and deliver the organisations strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and operating alongside recruitment suppliers.
Based in London, the jobholder will also play a major part in related activities such as manpower planning, budgeting and supporting HR colleagues on internal resourcing, which will include succession planning and career development.
The job requires volume operational and high level recruiting mainly in the UK but with the potential for International recruitment experience.

Person Specification:

You will have:

A raw passion for food, drink, service and hospitality, as well as technical operational knowledge gained from previous experience along with a sound commercial awareness.
· Strong understanding of end to end recruitment process, employer branding and talent spotting.
· Experience of using multi channel attraction/sourcing strategies.
· Experience of recruiting for Head Office and operational staff and speciality positions such as chefs.
· Understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models.
· Knowledge of relevant Employment Legislation.
