Job Specification

Now looking for a strong Area Manager to work on one of their more unique concepts across London.  Each site is very individual serving fresh food and a wide range of wines and European beers. With the General Managers encouraged to use their personality and flair to run their business you will be an Area Manager able to think and look at think in a entrepreneurial way.

You will still need to have all the attributes that will make you a leader in the field – ability to grow sales, develop your team and deliver profit targets by leading, inspiring and developing your pubs and people. Ensuring the offer delivered to our customers is consistent with the highest standards of safety, quality and service.

 
Person Specification
 
 Previous multi-site experience is essential
 Excellent communication and influencing skills
 Perceptive leader with a real passion for building a strong team
  Financial awareness in order to develop the business using problem-solving skills
  Forward thinking - the ability 'to think outside of the box'
  Ambition to continually drive the business forward
 A real passion for the business and the motivation to succeed
