Job Specification
 
I am looking for candidates who have a strong track record at General Manager level and who have a real ability to think on their feet and lead their team in order to cope with extremes in trade levels from one day to the next.  You will need to be fully P&L accountable, passionate about service, and flexible enough to effectively deal with the changing needs of your customers and ever changing external influences. You will need to have high volume food experience and managed a very food led offer

 Person Specification

You will be a General Manager with experience in a similar restaurant environment, family dining, branded high street or somewhere you have experienced high volumes.  The key to the success of this operation is the ability to manage a diverse range of clients and staff alike.  A great business model where you can succeed by controlling your margins, thorough training and a structured approach to planning.
