Your Department

That is why their Customer Service Relations Team are so important and why it is vital that they get the right person to lead the team.
The Role
As the Head of department you will manage a team of 16 with 2 direct reports. To ensure you deliver the service to match the brand you will be forward thinking, inspirational & passionate about delivering results. Strong communication skills & influencing ability are key. This role will have you at the heart of the business liaising across the company to ensure they continue to grow as the leading force in travel & leisure!

Person Specification
You will need a good command of the English and French language, both written and spoken. You must be able to use your initiative within given guidelines and balance the needs of the business with the desires of their travellers. You must have a natural bent for putting yourselves in their shoes and finding the right answer to their questions.
Remuneration
£40-£45K + excellent benefits and the opportunity to work compressed working hours ie one day extra off every two weeks. Flexible working hours. 25 days vacation. Reduced travel expenses.
